Great base paint for figure painting.

After checking a few Naval Aviation books I seen the Airfix new release 1:48 Sea King at Franklin's and thought why not. It arrived and the first surprise was the size of the box the second had to be the amount of pieces 348 and four variants to choose from.
The actual kit without any extras , the likes of PE ect is amazing , the details down to the riveting on the fuselage just looks so good it would appear at first glance Airfix haven't missed a thing . The parts themselves don't have any flashing worth mentioning and appear to fit without any extreme persuasion it's one of the nicest kits out , that is of course my opinion and if you are remotely interested in classic legendary helicopters or aircraft buy one and see for yourself at $130.00 +/-which for what you get is an unbelievably good price. The kit itself is doing very well in static model competitions and that's built out of the box no extras.
It's Airfix so you know it's accurate the instructions are in a book form and the exploded drawings make the whole exercise a whole lot of fun and there are plenty of books with colour photographs of the interior and mechanical parts to help get the best out of what completed will be a show piece.

Good kit, fast shipping.

I bought a multi piece offering thinking they'd break all over the place. Not so, I've found them great to use & much more resilient than I expected. 10/10

What else could you expect from AIRFIX but perfection I normally assemble Naval vessels and it's been a while since I've looked at aircraft but I couldn't resist the Navy version of the Sea Fury and I was lucky enough to see one at an air show.
The kit is great no flashing good fitting parts and the instructions don't leave anything for the imagination or any guess work and are by nature methodical. Quite a few colour schemes to choose from with associated decals.
Well worth a look at and speaking of worth ! the price is pretty good too. All in all a great kit.

I haven't built this yet, but it looks like it will be a great kit. The moulding is very nice and has good detail for a 1/72. At $20 (on sale), the value can't be beaten.

Excellent service

First time using the SMS brand and so far in loving the stuff, make sure you're spraying at a low pressure. If you are not it can leave spray lines in your finish that don't seem to level out.
But low pressure and you're fine.

Well what can one say about this .
Would have to be one of the most detailed kits of this famous triplane of the Great War being a 1/16 scale it’s plenty big enough to show off all the details it has to offer.
