JR West Japan commercialization permission approved high grade (HG) specification. Reproduces the Saha 481 type equipped with AU13 cooler. With the included compressor parts, Saha 489 type can also be reproduced. It has an emergency exit and reproduces the appearance of a gray roof. A toilet tank is already installed, and a toilet flush pipe part is included for replacement. H-rubber is reproduced in gray. Shoe prints and door rails are printed. Car numbers are selectable and compatible with transfer sheets (included in each set). Adopts a new current collection system and black wheels. Each coupling side is equipped with a TN coupler (SP) with piping as standard.
